The OPTIREG^TM linear TLS850C0TE is a high-performance, 500 mA automotive-grade LDO with RESET functionality in PG-TO252-5 (DPAK) package. It is the perfect fit to power MCUs (5 V and 3.3 V) and CAN transceivers (5 V) for automotive body, powertrain, and infotainment applications.
