Infineon Technologies TLE941xxES half-bridge ICs

In order to streamline its multi half-bridge portfolio, Infineon offers TLE94108ES, TLE94110ES, and TLE94112ES, 8-fold, 10-fold, and 12-fold half-bridge driver ICs in a PG-TSDSO-24 package. The products include complete driver and output stage, and they are designed to drive small DC motors in various automotive applications, such as HVAC control modules or decentralized mirror modules. Moreover, an easy-to-use DC motor control HAT with TLE94112ES is offered to provide you with an easy evaluation process.
