Multi MOSFET driver family – TLE92104-x3xQX, half-bridge drivers for automotive
The TLE92104-131QX and TLE92104-232QX are the new devices in the multiple MOSFET driver IC family in addition to the recently introduced TLE92108. TLE92104 drivers are designed to control up to four half-bridges (up to 8 N-channel MOSFETs) with one packaged device. Target applications involve automotive DC motors used in power seat modules, power closure systems, and many more. 24-bit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) enables configuration of the device and control of the half-bridges and offers a wide range of diagnostic features.

- This application kit contains one of the Multi MOSFET Driver ICs of the TLE92104-23QX and a typical application circuit, including 4 MOSFET half-bridges to drive up to 4 DC motors. It is a simple and easy-to-use tool to evaluate hardware and software functionalities. The application board can be connected via a UIO stick with the computer to evaluate its features via ConfigWizard (a graphical user interface) which can be found in the Infineon Toolbox.
