Infineon Technologies TC33xLP microcontroller family

Infineon releases its low-end AURIX™ TC33x microcontroller family. It comes back with an increase in performance, memory sizes, connectivity, and more scalability to address the new automotive trends and challenges. In terms of performance, the T33xLP offers 1 core running at 200 MHz, up to 248 KB embedded RAM, and consumption below 1 W.
