REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA
The SiC reference design REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA is the combination of an inverter board and a gate driver board for the demonstration of an integrated servo motor and drive. The driver circuit is based on EiceDriver™ IC - EDI20I12MH with Miller clamp function. CoolSiC™ MOSFET - IMBG120R45M1H is the main component for the 3-phase inverter.
To evaluate the electrical performance of the system, the iMOTION™ MADK EVAL-M1-101T can be used to provide a simple control.
