Infineon Technologies PROFET™+2 12V 1ESP
PROFET™+2 12V protected high-side switches
The PROFET™+2 12V family of protected high-side switches provides state-of-the-art diagnostics and protection features. Additionally, outstanding energy efficiency with reduced current consumption, state-of-the-art current sense accuracy (kILIS), and low cranking voltage capability will be offered within a monolithic chip.
The three newly released devices: BTS70012-1ESP, BTS70015-1ESP, BTS70020-1ESP expand the PROFET™+2 12V family in the lower ohmic RDS(ON) range and are capable to drive currents up to 32 A. Moreover, the three products have a Capacitive Load Switching Mode implemented to switch capacitive loads in a safe operating area.
