OptiMOS™5 power MOSFET 80 V in TO-Leadless (TOLL) package
Infineon's latest OptiMOS™5 power MOSFET 80 V in TOLL (IPT010N08NM5) offers low on-state resistance RDS(ON) at 25 ºC and 175 ºC. The OptiMOS™ 5 silicon technology is Infineon's latest generation of power MOSFETs and is specially designed for Synchronous Rectification for Telecom and server power supplies. Combined with the TOLL package, IPT010N08NM5 is targeted for high current applications (up to 425 A), such as Low voltage drives and Battery Management Systems (BMS) inside forklifts, light electric vehicles (LEV), e-bikes, drones, etc.
