Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ 5 60 V and 80 V MOSFET
Linear FET in TO-Leadless (TOLL) package
Two new TO-Leadless (TOLL) parts join the Infineon’s OptiMOS™ LinearFET family: IPT008N06NM5LF (0.8 mΩ, 60 V) and IPT013N08NM5LF (1.3 mΩ, 80 V) both offer Best-in-Class RDS(on) and wide safe operating area (SOA) at 25˚C. The OptiMOS™ Linear FET is a revolutionary approach that solves the trade-off between on-state resistance and linear mode capability. Combined with the TOLL package, IPT008N06NM5LF and IPT013N08NM5LF are targeted for high in-rush current applications, such as hot-swap, e-fuse, and protection applications commonly found in telecom and battery management systems (BMS).
