Infineon Technologies EconoPIM™ and EconoPACK™

The EconoPIM™ and EconoPACK™ 2 and 3 IGBT modules now feature the latest TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 chip generation. The modules can reach up to 175°C Tvjop under overload conditions, making them a perfect fit for industrial drives applications. Compared to IGBT4, the IGBT7 has a higher power density, an increased switching frequency, the cooling effort can be reduced. All in all, there is the same or better lifetime while keeping the operating conditions unchanged. The portfolio covers 35 - 200 A in the 1200 V PIM configuration and the FS150R12N2T7, which is a 150 A module in 1200 V sixpack configuration.
