EasyPACK™ 3B power modules with 650 V TRENCHSTOP™ 5 IGBT for 1000 VDC solar application
The EasyPACK™ 3B power module is a perfect match for meeting solar customer needs.
With the single phase NPC1 module for 1000 VDC solar application, customers will benefit from excellent performance and full reactive power capability (PV Inverter). It provides a 3 phase 3-level NPC1 module up to 150kVA.
Additionally, with the three phase NPC1 module for 1000 VDC we can cover an output power of ~40kVA.
The modules are equipped with 650 V TRENCHSTOP™ 5 IGBT and PressFIT pin for easy assembly.
