The IPW65R018CFD7 is the latest product of the 650 V CoolMOS™ CFD7 superjunction MOSFET family. It comes with an integrated fast body diode in a TO-247 package and is ideally suited for resonant topologies in industrial applications, such as server, telecom, solar, and EV-charging stations, in which it enables significant efficiency improvements compared to competition.
