Infineon introduces its new 60 V automotive power MOSFET family with OptiMOS™5 technology in two leadless packages, 5 x 6 mm SSO8 (PG-TDSON-8) and 3 x 3 mm S3O8 (PG-TSDSON-8), offering the highest quality level and robustness for automotive applications.
The new 60 V OptiMOS™5 technology delivers more power and leading performance. It offers reduced conduction losses and is optimized for drives and power conversion applications. Additionally, it provides an improved EMC behavior with the CISS and COSS being reduced by 70 percent, compared to the previous technology.
