10 A gate drive optocoupler with integrated FAULT protection & feedback with high CTI
The ACPL-355JC is a 10A gate drive optocoupler device with an integrated fail-safe IGBT and SiC MOSFET diagnostics, protection and fault reporting. The device features common mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100 kV/μs and provides minimal propagation delay with excellent timing skew. The high peak output current and wide operating voltage range eliminate the need of an output buffer circuit, enabling designers to implement cost-effective gate driver solutions for motor drives and power inverters.
Packaged in a compact, surface-mountable 600V CTI SO-16 package, this full-featured and easy-to-implement gate drive optocoupler is certified to provide reinforced insulation with 2,262VPEAK working voltage meeting safety regulatory IEC/EN/DIN, UL, and CSA.
