The next generation of OSLON® Signal LED introduces a new 120° lens design for improved light extraction, brightness and efficacy improvements with latest chip technologies and a reflective titanium dioxide casting. This new generation is fully compatible in footprint and solder pad design to the previous generation insuring an easy design in process for this high-performance LED.

OSLON® Signal LED are available in various colors and performance classes making the family the perfect fit for traffic lights, aviation, marine, rail, industrial, transportation or other signaling applications (matching national and international standards).

  • Electrically insulated thermal pad for stable performance at high power levels.

  • Optimized performance: Latest ThinFilm and UX:3 chip technology provides high efficiency and high flux output.
  • Broad color portfolio: All relevant signaling colors available like red, super red, verde, true green, yellow, blue, deep blue & white which meet industry color standards.
  • The color bins fit to CIE, SAE, EN & ITE specifications.
  • Compact 3x3mm footprint: SMD package for easy clustering flexibility providing high packing and maximum flux density.
  • 120° silicone lens: Universal radiation pattern allowing the usage of smaller secondary optics for a consistent optical performance.
  • Electrically insulated thermal pad: Low thermal resistance (Rth). Easy thermal management for stable performance at high power levels.
  • ESD – Reverse voltage protection: Bipolar, back to back ESD. 8kV according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 3B).
  • LM-80 reports: Long lifetime by usage of silicone and ceramic materials. Long-term availability.
