WeEn transient voltage suppressor TVS devices are designed to protect electronic circuits from lightning surges and other transient voltages. WeEn TVS parts come in several packages and peak pulse power ratings. Applications include I/O interface protection and power supply protection.
The peak pulse power range is 200W, 400W, 600W, 1500W and 3000W.
Packages available are SMA, SMB, SMC and SOD123.
There are uni-directional and bi-directional WeEn TVS parts.
The stand off voltage ranges from 5V to 85V.
