Taiwan Semiconductor has just released its first AEC-Q101 qualified single and dual N-Channel MOSFET series (40/60 V) in the PDFN56U package. The new MOSFET series is designed by trench technology in a 5x6 mm2 package, compatible with conventional PDFN 5x6 packages. The flat lead package is suitable for compact designs, offering good thermal performance and Wettable Flank leads for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). With this step, Taiwan Semiconductor continues in its development to become one of the preferred suppliers for discrete devices in the automotive industry.
