Power Integrations LYTSwitch™-6 (LYT6078C) PowiGaN™ powered LED driver

Power Integrations LYT6078C is a member of the LYTSwitch™-6 family of safety-isolated LED-driver ICs for smart lighting applications requiring compact enclosures or high-efficiency requirements. This IC uses Power Integrations’ PowiGaN™ gallium nitride technology to achieve 90.5% efficiency. The new device incorporates a 750 V rated switch and primary and secondary controller to deliver flicker-free output up to 90 W with universal PFC input and low standby power of 170 mW - no heatsink or optocoupler required.
