Power Integrations INN3x78C GaN "Size 8" InnoSwitch™3 AC-DC converter

The INN3x78C are an expansion of Power Integrations' InnoSwitch3 families of offline CV/CC/CP flyback switcher ICs. These devices incorporate a smaller "size 8" 750 V PowiGaN transistor, enabling compact, efficient power supplies delivering between 27 W and 55 W without heatsinks.  At up to 94% efficiency across line and load, they target USB PD and high-current chargers/adapters for mobile devices, set-top boxes, displays, networking and gaming products, and appliances - especially those aiming to comply with the planned European Energy Labeling Regulation.
