Infineon Technologies TLF11251LD/EP half-bridge

The TLF11251LD integrated P/N-half-bridge with driver and level-shifter for AURIX™-µC’s Embedded Core Controller (EVRC) replaces the dual-MOSFET of the L/C-DCDC to generate the core-voltage. The integrated protection features such as output current sensing and limitation, and over-temperature protection, allow system optimization.

The TLF11251LD is using a small, leadless PG-TSON-10 with a thermally enhancing Exposed Pad for automated optical inspection. 

The TLF11251EP is coming in a Grad 0-qualified PG-TSDSO-14 with thermally enhancing Exposed Pad for extended temperature range.
