Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ IPOL DC-DC buck regulator
The IR388X OptiMOSTM IPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator
The IR388X OptiMOSTM IPOL is an easy-to-use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator. The onboard PWM controller and OptiMOS™ MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the IR388x a small footprint solution, providing high-efficient power delivery. Furthermore, it uses a fast Constant-ON-Time (COT) control scheme, which simplifies the design efforts and achieves fast control response.
