Infineon Technologies KP264 digital barometeric air pressure sensor

The Infineon XENSIV™ KP264 is a miniaturized barometric air pressure sensor IC, based on a capacitive principle. It is surface micro-machined with a monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit implemented in BiCMOS technology. Features such as high accuracy, sensitivity, and reliability make the sensor an ideal fit for advanced automotive, but also industrial and consumer applications. The "green" 8-pin SMD housing is protected by a 4-hole-lid with dedicated small 0.6 mm holes for best particle protection.
