Infineon Technologies 62 mm power modules

The 62 mm power module is a well-established module design with isolated base plate and screw main terminals. The four baseplate mounting holes enable fast, cost-efficient and easy module assembly. The 62 mm module housing is optimized for the highest system availability, realized by high thermal cycling capability. It provides a minimum of service cost and off-time losses. Infineon extends this well-established module family by two additional products: the FF200R12KS4P (200 A) and the FF600R12KE4P (600 A).
