Toshiba Electronics Europe TLP170AM and TLP170GM photorelays
The TLP170AM and TLP170GM, housed in a small 4-pin SO-6 package, have a low trigger LED current of 1 mA, which reduces input power loss by increasing the sensitivity of the photodiode array

The TLP170AM and TLP170GM, housed in a small 4-pin SO-6 package, have a low trigger LED current of 1 mA, which reduces input power loss by increasing the sensitivity of the photodiode array. Using these photo-relays for ON/OFF control in battery-powered safety devices and various sensors contributes to lower power consumption and longer life. The nominal operating temperature between -40 and 85 °C allows a temperature margin in system-level thermal design.
The 4-pin SO-6 package provides a minimum isolation voltage of 3750 V(RMS), so they can be used in devices that require high isolation performance.
