The i.MX 7ULP represents NXP's latest achievement in ultra-low-power processing for long battery life, targeted for portable and low-power devices.
The i.MX 7ULP is built upon the heterogeneous asymmetric architecture utilizing Cortex®-A7 and Cortex®-M4 cores, with separate isolated domains, providing the ultimate flexibility by enabling a single-chip solution that can run sophisticated operating systems and provide real-time responsiveness.
The i.MX 7ULP features 2D and 3D GPUs, up to 32-bit LPDDR2/LPDDR3 and a number of other interfaces for connecting any kind of peripherals.
