KIOXIA's BG4 is a Compact Client-Class Single Package BGA NVMe SSD.

Capacities range from 128GB to 1TB in M.2 1620 and M.2 2230.

BG4 provides customers with a better-than-SATA storage option that boosts demand for client SSD applications such as Industrial PC's, Ultra-mobile PCs, 2-in-1 notebook PCs, IoT/embedded devices, Server and storage array boot drives.

• HMB management enables BG4 to perform equally with those SSDs with DRAM. And, an HMB protection module enables BG4 to enhance data protection when transferring data with Host DRAM
