Infineon PowerPROFET™ BTS50025-1TEA

The BTS50025-1TEA is a 2.5 mΩ single-channel Smart High-Side Power Switch, providing protective functions and diagnosis. It contains Infineon® ReverSave™ functionality. It is designed to drive high current loads up to 60 A, for applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans, and pumps. Embedded in a DPAK package, the BTS50025-1TEA is especially suitable for loads with fluctuating current profile, in the harsh automotive environment.
