Infineon Technologies OPTIREG™ - TLS850F2TA V50

The OPTIREG™ linear high-performance voltage regulator TLS850F2TA V50 has a TO263 package which guarantees one of the best thermal performances. In addition, the complete feature set with Enable, Reset, and Watchdog, allow this LDO to become an all-purpose voltage supply for rough automotive environments up to 500 mA.
