Infineon’s OptiMOS™ 5 80/100 V N-channel power MOSFETs in TO-Leadless (TOLL) package are ideally suited for high switching frequencies. This package is specially designed for high-current applications such as POL (point-of-load), forklifts, light electric vehicles (LEV) and telecom power supplies. With a space reduction of 60 % compared to a D2PAK 7-pin package, TOLL package is the perfect solution where the highest efficiency, outstanding EMI behavior, excellent thermal performance, and compact size are required.
