The IRL40T209 is a 40 V Logic Level StrongIRFETTM power MOSFET, which features high current capability and typical RDS(ON) of 0.59 mΩ in a 10 x 11 mm TO-Leadless package. The StrongIRFET™ power MOSFET family is optimized for low RDS(ON) and high current capability. The devices are ideal for low-frequency applications requiring performance and ruggedness such as battery-powered circuits, brushed and brushless DC (BLDC) motor drives used in end-applications including power tools, light electric vehicles, and e-bikes that demand a high level of energy efficiency.
