Infineon introduces its new 80V MOSFETs (IAUS300N08S5N012, IAUS300N08S5N014, IAUS240N08S5N019, IAUS200N08S5N023, IAUS165N08S5N029) based on OptiMOS™-5 Silicon technology for 48V applications in new TOLG package for Aluminium core isolated metal substrates (IMS). These products provide an improved robustness regarding TCOB reliability for applications with extremely harsh environment.
