The Vishay Siliconix PowerPAK® SO-8L Single 5x6 mm family of Power MOSFETs are rated VDS = 12V to 200V for N-ch and -12 to -200 V for P-ch. This compact 5x6mm package has the thermal performance to replace sockets where DPAKs (6.5x10mm) have been typically used. The autonomous vehicle contains many control systems requiring various VDS-rated high-power devices from 40V for 12V motor control, to 80 or 100V for 48V motor control, to 60V to 100V for lighting control. This family contains >150 part numbers including singles in N-ch and P-ch, duals in N-ch and P-ch, and Dual N-ch/P-ch.
