STMicroelectronics ST25DV64 Dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC
The ST25DV device is a Dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC with a dual interface, fast transfer mode, energy harvesting, configurable interrupt capability, RF management and low power mode(2).
The ST25DV device is a Dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC with a dual interface, fast transfer mode, energy harvesting, configurable interrupt capability, RF management and low power mode(2).It embeds an EEPROM memory and a dedicated memory buffer for fast data transfer. It can be operated from an I2C interface or by a 13.56 MHz RFID reader or a NFC phone. The I2C two-wire interface behaves as a slave in the I2C protocol. The contactless interface is compatible with ISO/IEC 15693 standard and NFC Forum type 5 tag.
