This family of MCUs offers ASIL-D/SIL-2 functional safety, up to 8 MB of Flash, up to 512 KB of SRAM memory, Enhanced Time Processing Unit (eTPU), on-chip DSP, Ethernet, Zipwire, Sigma-Delta and SAR ADCs. The MPC5777C family offers the highest levels of performance to meet next-generation advanced engine control requirements.
