The new 600 V CoolMOS™ C7 Gold (G7) combines the benefits of the C7 Gold technology and superior thermal properties of the TOLL package resulting in new best-in-class products.The 4pin Kelvin source configuration minimizes switching losses, offering efficiency gains of 0.6% at full load in PFC circuits.
