Vishay SQA410EJ n-channel 20 V (D-S) 175 °C

Vishay Siliconix SQ Automotive Power MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 qualified produced using a special process design that is optimized for use in the automotive industry. Low ON-resistance N- and P-channel TrenchFET® technologies, Vishay Siliconix SQ automotive MOSFETs are rated for a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.

Devices are available in a wide variety of packages for design flexibility. Packages include the TO-262, PowerPAK SO-8, D2PAK (TO-263), and DPAK as well as several space-saving, small-outline options

Full range of polarity options are available, including N-/P- Channel co-packages.
