Broadcom Optocouplers ACNW3430/ACNW3410 with noise immunity
The ACNW3430 is a 5A gate drive optocoupler device and the ACNW3410 is a 3A gate drive optocoupler.
The ACNW3430 is a 5A gate drive optocoupler device and the ACNW3410 is a 3A gate drive optocoupler.These devices feature common mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100 kV/μs, preventing erroneous gate driver failures in noisy environments. The high peak output current and wide operating voltage range eliminate the need of an output buffer circuit, enabling designers to implement cost-effective gate driver solutions for motor drives and power inverters.
