Zener Arrays

A Zener array is a collection of multiple Zener diodes arranged in a single package. A Zener diode is a semiconductor diode specially fabricated to take advantage of the effects of avalanche breakdown. Arrays are available in a wide variety of configurations and ratings based on their intended applications.
