NVMTS1D1N04C is a 40 V single N‑channel power MOSFET designed for high‑current operation in compact form factors. The device is rated for 277 A continuous drain current at TC = 25 °C and features a maximum RDS(on) of 1.1 mΩ (0.87 mΩ typ.) at VGS = 10 V, enabling low conduction losses at high load currents. The MOSFET supports operation over a −55 °C to +175 °C junction temperature range.

To reduce switching and driver losses, the NVMTS1D1N04C combines low on‑resistance with total gate charge of 86 nC (typ.) and low capacitances, including 5410 pF input capacitance and 82 pF reverse transfer capacitance. The device exhibits fast switching behavior with nanosecond‑range turn‑on and turn‑off times and a reverse recovery charge of 100 nC (typ.), supporting efficient high‑speed operation.

The device is housed in the POWER‑88 (DFNW8, 8 × 8 mm) surface‑mount package, offering a junction‑to‑case thermal resistance of 0.98 °C/W for efficient heat dissipation. The NVMTS1D1N04C is AEC‑Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and RoHS‑compliant, supporting use in production environments requiring automotive‑grade qualification and traceability.
