Bourns CHV-ST and CHV-A series high voltage chip resistors

Two high voltage chip resistor CHV-ST is a standard high voltage thick film chip resistor series, and the model CHV-A automotive grade high voltage chip resistor series, which is AEC-Q200 compliant, UL 1676 listed, and UL/IEC 60950 and 60065 compatible. These new surface mount series help strengthen the already broad range of surface mount chip resistors offered by Bourns.

The model CHV-ST and model CHV-A series are available in five different footprints from 0603 (1608 metric) up to 2512 (6432 metric) and have been designed to operate with higher voltages ranging from 200V for the 0603 size to 3kV for the 2512 size.

These resistors are made using a robust thick film element printed onto a ceramic substrate. These model families complement the other circuit conditioning components available from Bourns such as power inductors and rectifier diodes.
